Bevs & Devs @ Posh Headquarters
Our last event was nothing short of incredible — we were blown away by the amazing people, innovative projects, and unmatched talent in the room. Thanks to everyone who came out and shared what you’re made of!
Big thanks to Avante & Eli from the Posh team for hosting us in their stunning new space (and for letting us rip around on Cyber ATV), as well as the Playground team for helping co-host!

Kick off the new year with our first Bevs & Devs of 2025! Going to be hosted at a very special office this time… excited to share more shortly.

Female developers!! We’re teaming up with FemBuild Collective to bring you a special, women-only edition of Bevs & Devs.

💻 Bevs & Devs: The Hackathon —
There’s no point in bullshitting you… one of our “big plans” for the new year is to host the most competitive hackathon in the city. We’re going to get every top startup involved, we will have massive cash prizes available (think $10K+), and there will be some insane job opportunities for those that come out.

About July: July gives creator agencies the tools they need to pitch their talent, share campaign performance, and streamline payments — all in one platform.
Open Roles: Software Engineer
Location: Soho, In-Office
Looking For:
3+ years software development experience
Proficiency in Typescript with experience building apps using Next.js and React
Familiarity with relational databases like PostgreSQL
A collaborative mindset with experience working on cross-functional teams, including designers, leadership, and engineers
Compensation: $100k-180k plus equity

Open Roles: Senior Software Engineer, Frontend and Staff Software Engineer, Frontend
Location: Soho, In-Office
Looking For:
5+ years of software development experience
Expertise in React and proficiency in Typescript or JavaScript
Mission-driven individuals passionate about making a difference
Strong problem-solvers with a collaborative spirit
Compensation: $170k+ depending on role

Open Roles: Senior Software Engineer
Location: Soho, Hybrid
Looking For:
5+ years of experience leading complex technical projects with measurable business impact
Proficiency in key technologies like React, React Native, TypeScript, and AWS (or similar cloud platforms), with expertise in either mobile app development or backend systems
A strong background in scalability, performance optimization, and developing tools that enable data-driven decision-making
Compensation: $150k - 180k plus equity
